Alouette^® Ham Pinwheel Appetizer Recipe

1 pkg. (6.5 oz.) Alouette Garlic & Herbs, or Alouette Creamy Onion & Shallots Spreadable Cheese
2 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
4 6” flour tortillas
16 thin slices of ham
1 large, red onion, diced in small pieces
2 oz. mixed field greens, washed
30 toothpicks

Mix Alouette Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese and mustard together thoroughly.
Evenly spread a thin layer of cheese mixture to cover each tortilla.
Cover each tortilla with 4 slices of ham.
Evenly divide small diced onion over ham slices.
Evenly divide the greens over the onion.
Roll each tortilla jelly-roll style and secure with toothpicks at ¾ inch intervals and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and slice into ¾ inch pinwheels.
