1 pkg. Alouette Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese
4 ea. Ciabatta rolls
8 ea. Slices of crispy Bacon
8 ea. Eggs
1 tbsp. Butter
Parsley sprigs to garnish
Salt and pepper to season
Instructions
- Split ciabatta rolls in half and toast
- Heat skillet over medium heat, add butter and eggs
- Continually stir until cooked and scrambled, season with salt and pepper
- To assemble spread Alouette Garlic & Herbs on one side of toasted ciabatta roll
- Top with scrambled eggs and bacon
- Garnish with parsley sprigs
