1 pkg. Alouette Crème de Brie
3 ea. Large eggs, beaten
¾ C Heavy cream
1pinch Nutmeg
1ea. Shallots (sliced and sautéed)
1/4 C Shredded Swiss cheese
20 – 24 ea. Mini tartlets
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine the eggs, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a mixing bowl
- Fold in Alouette ® Crème de Brie and shallots
- Pour the egg mixture into tartlet shells
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the egg mixture is set.
- Garnish with chopped rosemary
