Cheese stuffed mushrooms are a quick appetizer you can pop in the oven for hosting a dinner party, going to a pot luck, or having family over last minute. Using alouette spreadable cheese, an alternative to cream cheese, in your dish, allows you to save time by using less ingredients. Make the recipe your own and add crab, sausage, spinach, bacon or whatever sounds good to you!
