Flatbread Spinach Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg Alouette Smoky Jalapeno Spreadable Cheese or your favorite Alouette Spreadable Cheese
  • 1 12" Flatbread
  • 1/2 cup Sautéed Spinach
  • 3 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 oz Alouette Crumbled Feta Cheese

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven with pizza stone to 425˚F
  • Place flat bread on flat surface
  • Spread the top liberally with Alouette Smoky Jalapeno Spreadable Cheese
  • Top with sautéed spinach
  • Cover surface with Mozzarella and Alouette Feta cheese
  • Bake in oven 12-14 minutes until bubbly and brown
